How to Schedule a Make-Up Lesson

Step 1: Access Make-Up Credits in the Student Portal

First time using the Student Portal?
Search your email for:
“Website Login Information”

Need a password reset? Just email/text me.

On the homepage, scroll to the right until you see:
“Use Make-Up Credits”

Then click or tap it.

Step 2: Choose a Lesson Time

Step 3: Confirm Your Booking

Piano Lab & Mini Band Makeup Lessons

Students enrolled in Piano Lab or Mini Band receive one makeup credit for each missed class.

Because Piano Lab and Mini Band are normally 50-minute group classes, makeup lessons are handled a little differently:

  • Single student: One makeup credit provides a 30-minute individual makeup lesson with their teacher.
  • Two siblings: Each sibling may use their makeup credit to schedule a 30-minute makeup lesson, with the two lessons scheduled back-to-back to create a 60-minute makeup session.

If your children have different teachers, make sure you have the correct teacher selected in the Student Portal to see their available makeup lesson times.
